Manuel is a trainer and coach in positive leadership and persuasive communication with over 15 years of experience and is certified to serve as one of Total Leadership’s Program Leaders in France. Manuel trained for three years at the Cours Simon drama school to become an actor, director, and screenwriter, and strongly believes that the fields of theater and coaching are closely linked. The skills he has developed in both worlds enable him to offer an innovative, engaging, and personalized approach to coaching clients.

In addition to his work as an actor, author, and coach, Manuel is a regular lecturer at EFB Law School, Sciences Po International Research University, and CFJP Journalist Training Center. This additional experience further strengthens his skills in persuasive communication and positive leadership and allows him to help his clients develop their skills in oral expression and improve their stage presence.  Manuel works with lawyers, managers, and business leaders at companies including L'Oréal Paris, HSBC France, Louis Vuitton, Capgemini, and Ubisoft to develop authenticity and meaningful relationships. His coaching method focuses on creating a positive and caring environment for his clients, which helps them feel confident in developing and exploring new approaches.
