Wafaâ Amal, Director Client Services, France

Wafaâ runs our Paris-based client services team for all French-speaking territories. She first discovered Total Leadership in January 2022 when she attended the course as an Executive MBA student at ESCP Business School and was impressed by the effectiveness of the approach and the unparalleled scientific and yet human-centric tools it offers.

After obtaining a degree in IT engineering, Wafaâ worked for 13 years in the payment industry in various roles, culminating as Director, Market Development for European Strategic Merchant Partnerships at Mastercard. After earning her MBA from ESCP in December 2022, Wafaâ became an entrepreneur focused on one mission: to help people elevate their lives and unleash their full potential.

Wafaâ is a Moroccan and French citizen living in France. She is interested in various sports – surfing, hiking, golfing, running, boxing, cross fit, kayaking, cycling, and swimming – and loves travelling, exploring other cultures, and the journey of continuous self-discovery.
