Ryan Findley, Total Leadership Online Tech

Ryan Findley has been an essential member of the Total Leadership Tech team since 2010 supporting our proprietary, secure, privacy-protected on-line learning community.  When systems crash, when passwords don’t work, when students and clients can’t access information, when upgrades and quick fixes are needed Ryan remains unflappable and solution-oriented with a quick smile even in difficult times.

He is the Founder of Neomind Labs, a professional software developer of over 15 years, a husband, father, and native Philadelphian. Ryan wrote his first made-to-order software application in the early 1990’s and has been building and integrating custom solutions ever since.

When we first connected with Ryan he was a young single guy with a small tech firm and we were one of his more important clients; our businesses have grown in tandem. Now Ryan works with Fortune 500 companies, major medical and academic organizations and non-profits and is an invited speaker on, for instance Philly Tech Weeks, he has been named a Top IT Pro and is a pillar of the Philadelphia IT community.  Over the years he’s built an estimable team focused on partnering with organizations to find cost-effective, scalable solutions.  He and his team of pragmatic developers understand and are committed to the importance of listening, communicating, and delivering professional results.  Total Leadership has been the happy beneficiary of Ryan’s commitment to excellence and education.

As he’s been providing us with his considerable technical expertise he has also been learning some management, human resources, and client services skills from us! It’s been a truly creative partnership. As his work sphere has expanded, so has his non-work life; he’s now a married man and a father.

Ryan is Philadelphia born and raised. A graduate of Central High School, he has a B.S. in Information Systems from Drexel University and has devoted his career to software craftsmanship.
